The Dangerous Pen Society was born from a need to address a gap for most authors: how to build both an author platform and the partnerships that open doors to new readers and new opportunities. The Society emphasizes the often-overlooked details of presenting yourself as a professional author  and creating connections to thrive in today’s publishing world. The key is community, and it is alive and well here in The Dangerous Pen Society.

Why join? Membership is currently free. You’ll receive invitations to in-person meetups and activities in the Nashville, Tennessee, area as well as online workshops and tutorials. We also have plans to create a series of digital guides to help authors navigate the publishing world. As we grow, we plan to broaden our reach for those who don’t live in Middle Tennessee.
